Romanesque Villa Apartments is a historic three-story apartment building at 1301-09 North Harper Avenue, at the corner of Harper and Fountain in West Hollywood, California. Built in 1928, it was designed by architect Leland Bryant for Michael and Isaac Mann, the same architect who designed the nearby La Fontaine Building and Sunset Towers. The building is in the Spanish Colonial Revival style and sits above a partial underground parking garage.

It is part of the North Harper Avenue Historic District, added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996 as a contributing property, and is included in the West Hollywood Courtyard Thematic District. Notable residents have included Marilyn Monroe, Zsa Zsa Gabor, and Marlene Dietrich. The site is also linked to the famous “triangle” involving Marlene Dietrich and Rita and Josef von Sternberg that contributed to their 1931 divorce.
