Rolly Teranishi, born Kazuo Teranishi on September 6, 1963, is a Japanese musician and producer, known simply as Rolly. He was born in Kyoto, Japan, and grew up in Takatsuki, Osaka. He plays guitar, banjo, and mandolin, and is associated with rock and glam rock.

In the 1980s he was the lead guitarist and singer of the band Scanch, staying with them until 1996. After Scanch broke up, he pursued a solo career and also acted in films and on television. He appeared in the 2002 thriller Suicide Circle as Genesis and acted in other works such as Iden & Tity, Swallowtail, and Get It On?. He also voiced a character named Yaha in Drag-on Dragoon 2 for PlayStation 2.

In 2006, Scanch reunited for two concerts and released Scanch’n’Roll Show II. Rolly has hosted and appeared on TV shows, including Rock Fujiyama with Marty Friedman, and his own program Rolly Kingdom, as well as co-hosting KKTV on Saturdays. He contributed to the Kamen Rider Agito soundtrack, performing the third ending theme "Deep Breath" as part of Rider Chips, after singing "Power Child." He also voices Tamatoa in the Japanese dub of Moana.
