Richmond Hospital
Richmond Hospital is the only general hospital in Richmond, British Columbia. It is a community, urban, teaching hospital with 200 beds and a 24/7 emergency department. The hospital is part of the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Richmond Health Services and is affiliated with the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine. It serves residents of Richmond and Delta, as well as travelers using the Vancouver International Airport and BC Ferries.

- 2001: Vancouver/Richmond Health Board became part of Vancouver Coastal Health Authority; Richmond Health Services became the local umbrella
- Psychiatric care: Inpatient psychiatry unit plus a Psychiatric Emergency Unit opened in March 2009
- Birth Centre: Opened September 2009 with 15 maternity rooms, a six-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and a maternity operating room
- Major upgrade (2009–2011): A $10 million package funded upgrades to the Emergency Department, ambulatory surgical services, and Sterile Processing
- Atrium and amenities: Large atrium with a Starbucks and gift shop; cafeteria on the second floor; gardens; located beside Minoru Park
- 2014 renovation: $2 million atrium renovation funded largely by the Milan and Maureen Ilich Foundation; Westminster Health Centre space renamed the Milan Ilich Pavilion to host information services, an admitting desk, a family/patient center, and improved wayfinding; Starbucks expanded
- 2018–2020 expansion plans: Ministry announced a new acute-care building to add beds and improve seismic safety; later plans expanded to include a bigger facility with an expanded Emergency Department, ICU, pharmacy, pediatric unit, surgical suites, and 113 additional beds
- Expected opening: The new acute-care building was planned to open in 2024 (construction and planning milestones have continued as announced)

- Situated at the southeast corner of Westminster Highway and Gilbert Road
- Public transit: TransLink buses 401, 407, and 414; Canada Line Richmond–Brighouse Station about three blocks east
- Parking: A multi-storey car park is on the southwest corner of the site
Recent changes
- COVID-19 impact: Parking for staff and visitors was free starting April 1, 2020
- Parking rates (as of September 2025): $1.75 for half-hour, $15 for 24 hours, $35.25 for weekly, and $63 for monthly passes
