Rehenesh Thumbirumbu Paramba, born 13 February 1993 in Kozhikode, Kerala, is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Mumbai City in the Indian Super League. He stands about 1.80 meters tall and says his grandfather Swami, a local goalkeeper, inspired him to take up the sport. He progressed through youth teams such as SAI Thiruvananthapuram and Golden Threads, and even captained a Subroto Cup team as a central defender before focusing on goalkeeping.

Rehenesh began his professional career in 2011 with Golden Threads FC in the I-League 2nd Division. He then played for ONGC in the I-League, followed by Mumbai Tigers and Rangdajied United (on loan). He moved to Shillong Lajong and, in 2014, was loaned to NorthEast United for the inaugural Indian Super League season, where he made a strong impression as a goalkeeper. He joined NorthEast United on a permanent basis in 2015 and stayed with them until 2019, with loan spells at East Bengal in 2015–16 and again in 2016–17.

From 2019 to 2020 he played for Kerala Blasters, then signed with Jamshedpur in 2020, where he established himself with consistent performances. In 2024 he joined Mumbai City, making his debut later that year and delivering solid showings, including a clean sheet and a crucial penalty save in subsequent matches.

Internationally, Rehenesh represented India at the under-23 level from 2015 to 2016, earning 12 caps.
