Rebeca Moreno
Rebeca Moreno (born June 17, 1986, in San Salvador, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran beauty pageant titleholder. She won Nuestra Belleza Universo El Salvador in 2008 and represented El Salvador at Miss Universe 2008. She was the shortest contestant in Miss Universe 2008 and won Miss Congeniality. Moreno studies mathematics and is an active member of CISV International, a peace education organization.
