Ramot Mall is a shopping center in Ramot, a neighborhood in northwest East Jerusalem. It opened in September 2011 and is the second-largest mall in Jerusalem after Malha Mall. The mall sits on Golda Meir Boulevard at the corner of HaCongress HaTsiyoni, in a busy area with about 42,000 cars passing each day and 300,000 people living within a 10-minute drive.

Ramot Mall has three levels and about 22,000 square meters of floor space. It includes three levels of indoor parking and an outdoor lot, totaling around 650 parking spaces. The building was designed by architect Naama Malis.

Ownership is split between Phoenix Holdings Ltd. (70%) and Bayit Chadash Beyerushalaim Ltd. (30%).

Shop and services: The mall features a mix of outlets, including The Children's Place, Super-Pharm, FOX, Crocs, Lord Kitsch, Shuk Ha'ir Supermarket, Eden-Teva Natural Food Market, and Israel Discount Bank. All eateries carry Mehadrin kashrut certification. Rav Kav has a service location in Ramot Mall. Medical and dental offices include providers from Maccabi Healthcare Services and Kupat Holim Meuhedet. The mall is closed on Shabbat.

Ramot Mall operates mainly in a Haredi area but also attracts secular shoppers from nearby towns such as Giv'at Ze'ev, Pisgat Ze'ev, French Hill, and Ma'ale Adumim. In May 2013, 14 Haredi rabbis called for a boycott of many stores unless modesty and display standards were met, leading to a drop in some sales. By July 2013, mall operators were meeting with rabbis and city officials to address concerns and end the boycott.
