Ramón Ceja Romero (born May 7, 1969 in Zamora, Michoacán) is a Mexican politician from the National Action Party (PAN). He studied at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH) and the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

He has held several public roles:
- Local deputy in Michoacán (1995–1998)
- Secretario Particular in Zamora, Michoacán
- Subdelegado de SEDESOL (2003–2006)
- Federal deputy in the XVI Legislature (2006–2009) representing Michoacán's fifth district, where he was president of the Agrarian Reform Commission
- Delegate of the Registro Agrario Nacional (2009–2012)

In the 2006 general election, he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent Michoacán's fifth district during the 60th Congress.
