Radim Wozniak (born 29 January 1978) is a Czech former football defender from Ostrava. He started his career in local clubs and spent his professional years playing in the Czech league.

Senior career:

- 2001–2002: loan to SK České Budějovice — 23 appearances, 1 goal
- 2003–2005: FK Mladá Boleslav — 33 appearances, 1 goal
- 2005–2006: Dukla Banská Bystrica
- 2007–2011: FC Hradec Králové — 100 appearances, 0 goals
- 2011–2013: MFK Frýdek-Místek

Highlights:
- Helped České Budějovice and Mladá Boleslav win promotion to the Czech First League.
- In 2010, Hradec Králové was promoted to the Gambrinus liga (the Czech top division).

Wozniak retired from professional football after the 2012–2013 season.
