Mountain masked apalis (Apalis personata), also known as the black-faced apalis, is a small bird in the Cisticolidae family. It lives in the montane forests of the Albertine Rift in Africa, including parts of Uganda. The species was first described by Sharpe in 1902.

Conservation status: Least Concern (IUCN 3.1).
