Priya Nestama (trans. Lovely Friend) is a 2002 Indian Telugu-language romantic drama film directed by R. Ganapathi in his directorial debut. It stars Venu Thottempudi, Shama Sikander, and Malavika. The film released on 25 January 2002 and was produced by Ramoji Rao. It was shot in Ooty on 1 August 2001. The music was composed by Bharani (in his Telugu debut) and Devi Sri Prasad, with background score by Vidyasagar; the soundtrack was released by Mayuri Audio.

Priya Nestama did not do well at the box office and received negative reviews. Critics called the story weak and the screenplay routine, and many found the film boring, with praise limited to the actors' performances and some songs.
