Piero Aggradi (7 October 1934 – 17 July 2008) was an Italian football midfielder. Born in Turin, he joined Juventus’ youth academy at age 12. After loan spells at Monza and Palermo, he returned to Juventus in 1954 and made 14 Serie A appearances between 1955 and 1959. He debuted in Serie A on 30 October 1955 in a 1-1 draw with Roma and also played eight matches for the military national team.

Later in his career, Aggradi played for several clubs: Pordenone (1959–60, 29 games, 5 goals), Cesena (1960–61, 23 games), Casale (1961–63, 47 games, 18 goals), and Chieri (1963–66, 40 games, 9 goals). After retiring as a player, he moved into football management.

In 1974 he became sporting director of Pescara, who had just been promoted to Serie B; three years later Pescara reached Serie A for the first time. Notably, he was the one who brought young Alessandro Del Piero to Juventus.
