Picnic (1975 film)
Picnic is a 1975 Indian Malayalam-language film directed by J. Sasikumar. It was produced by C. C. Baby and V. M. Chandy for MS Productions and released on 11 April 1975. The movie stars Prem Nazir, Lakshmi, Unnimary, and Adoor Bhasi, with M. G. Soman, Jose Prakash, and Bahadoor in supporting roles. S. L. Puram Sadanandan wrote the screenplay and script. The music was composed by M. K. Arjunan with lyrics by Sreekumaran Thampi. Cinematography was by J. G. Vijayam and editing by V. P. Krishnan. The budget was INR 7 lakh and the film was distributed by Jolly Films. Picnic became one of Prem Nazir’s biggest hits.
