Philip D. Beall Sr.
Philip D. Beall Sr. (February 17, 1891 – December 14, 1943) was an American politician. A Democrat, he served in the Florida State Senate representing the 2nd district from 1935 to 1943. Beall was born in San Antonio, Texas. He had two children, including Philip D. Beall Jr. Beall died on December 14, 1943, at the age of 52.
