Peter Leitham Gardiner (22 July 1896 – 15 June 1975) was a Scottish sportsman who played cricket for Scotland and soccer as a goalkeeper. He was born in Perth, Scotland, and played club cricket for Perthshire.

In cricket, Gardiner was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. He appeared in two first-class matches for Scotland, both against Ireland at College Park, Dublin, in 1925 and 1931. He scored 67 runs in total, with a highest score of 42, and took 3 wickets, with best figures of 2/7. He bowled 198 deliveries and had a batting average of 16.75.

Outside cricket, Gardiner played football as a goalkeeper for Falkirk and St Johnstone.

He died in Perth in June 1975 at the age of 78.
