Parker Gispert (born May 24, 1982) is an American musician and the lead singer of The Whigs, a rock band from Georgia. He grew up in Atlanta, attended The Westminster Schools, and earned a philosophy degree from the University of Georgia in 2006. The Whigs formed in 2002 in Athens, Georgia, with Parker, Julian Dorio, and Hank Sullivant. The band toured the world from 2005–2015 and released five studio albums and one live album, signing with ATO Records and New West Records.

Parker released his first solo album, Sunlight Tonight, in November 2018 on Normaltown Records. It was produced by Emery Dobyns and included guests like Patrick Carney and Faye Webster. He supported the album with a club tour and by opening for other artists. He also co-wrote "Private Public Breakdown" with Alice Cooper for the Cooper album Paranormal.

His second solo album, Golden Years, came out on September 22, 2022, on New West Records, co-produced by Gispert and Roger Moutenot.
