Parandak is a village in Manjilabad Rural District of the Central District of Robat Karim County, Tehran province, Iran. It is in the Iran Standard Time zone (UTC+3:30). Population history: in 2006 it had 4,613 people in 1,088 households; in 2011 it had 5,390 people in 1,417 households; in 2016 it had 5,038 people in 1,440 households.
