Owais Muzaffar
Owais Muzaffar, commonly known as Tappi, is a Pakistani politician and businessman. He is the adopted son of Hakim Ali Zardari and the foster brother of President Asif Ali Zardari. His biological father once worked for Hakim Ali Zardari as the manager of Bambino Cinema in Karachi. In 1995 he was appointed Deputy District Officer (Revenue) in the Sindh Public Service Commission. He was considered the de facto Chief Minister of Sindh during the PPP government of Qaim Ali Shah. In the 2013 general elections, Muzaffar won a seat in the Sindh Assembly from PS-88 Thatta with 28,593 votes; his opponent Haji Muhammad Usman Malkani received 20,997 votes.
