Ramón Otoniel Olivas Ruiz (born February 28, 1968) is a Nicaraguan football manager and former defender. He is the coach of Real Estelí in Nicaragua’s Primera División.

During his playing days, Olivas spent most of his career with Real Estelí, making 62 league appearances from 1984 to 1991, and again from 1994 to 1999. He also played abroad for Atlético Indio in Honduras and Atlético Marte in El Salvador.

Internationally, Olivas earned 11 caps for Nicaragua between 1992 and 1999 and scored no goals. He played in four FIFA World Cup qualifying matches and in the UNCAF Nations Cups in 1993, 1995, 1997, and 1999. His last international game was in March 1999 against El Salvador.

As a coach, Olivas has managed Real Estelí for multiple periods (2002–2009, 2009–2018) and returned in 2022. He also served as Nicaragua’s national team coach around the 2009 UNCAF Nations Cup. His brother Samuel Olivas also played for the national team.
