Oriol Rosell
Oriol Rosell Argerich, better known as Uri Rosell, is a Spanish footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder. He was born on July 7, 1992, in Puig-reig, Catalonia. He came through Espanyol and Barcelona's youth systems and made his senior debut with Barcelona B in 2012. In 2012 he moved to Sporting Kansas City in Major League Soccer, becoming the second La Masia graduate to play in MLS and helping Kansas City win the MLS Cup in 2013.
Rosell later moved to Portugal to play for Sporting CP in 2014, with loan spells at Vitória Guimarães, Vitória B, Belenenses and Portimonense. In 2018 he returned to MLS with Orlando City, where he stayed until 2021. He then rejoined Sporting Kansas City in 2021, but was waived in January 2023. He signed with LA Galaxy for the 2023 season, debuting in March.
Internationally, Rosell played for the Catalonia regional team in 2013. He has studied business at university in Kansas City.
