Oleh Yevhenovych Pruhlo, born on 15 April 1964 in Donetsk, is a Ukrainian politician from the Batkivshchyna party. He has served twice as the acting governor of Poltava Oblast: in 2014 (November 18 to December 26) and in 2019 (June 14 to November 11). He has also held the position of Deputy Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration.

Pruhlo has a military background. He studied at the Donetsk Higher Military-Political School (1981–1985) and served in the Soviet Army and later the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He took part in the Chernobyl cleanup in 1986. Since 1991 he has been active in local politics in Poltava, elected to the Oktyabrskaya district council in Poltava for six terms. He held leadership roles there: deputy chairman (2001–2006), chairman (2006–2010), and deputy chairman again (2010–2011).

In 2000, he graduated from the Poltava Cooperative Institute with a degree in economics and finance. He retired from the Armed Forces in 2011 and returned to public service in Poltava, becoming the 1st Deputy Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration in 2014. He served as acting governor from November to December 2014, then continued as Deputy Head. He again acted as governor in 2019 before being replaced in November. He is married and has a son.
