The Oklahoma Department of Central Services (DCS) was a state agency in Oklahoma from 1992 until it was dissolved in 2011. It helped all state agencies run smoothly by handling purchasing, supplies, and the operation and maintenance of state buildings and equipment. DCS also managed the state motor vehicle fleet, risk management, printing and distribution, and overall financial and administrative support.

DCS had seven divisions. Its Facilities Services Division ran about 17 state buildings, including the Oklahoma State Capitol and the Governor’s Mansion, totaling around two million square feet of space. The department was headquartered in Oklahoma City at 2401 N Lincoln Boulevard. In 2011, DCS was dissolved and merged into the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) as part of a reorganization under Governor Mary Fallin. At that time, it employed hundreds of staff and operated with a multi-million-dollar budget.
