The Groton Bridge Co. was a U.S. construction company based in Groton, New York. It began in 1877 as the Groton Iron Bridge Company after two firms merged. In 1887 it reorganized as the Groton Bridge and Manufacturing Company. American Bridge Company bought it in 1899, but by 1902 it was again known as Groton Bridge Co. and kept that name into the 1920s. In 1908 it, then a subsidiary of American Bridge Co., installed two Parker truss spans built by American Bridge Co. to complete the Plata Bridge in Puerto Rico. Some of its bridges are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
