Nokiiwin Tribal Council, whose name comes from the Ojibwe word anokiiwin meaning “work, employment,” is a non-profit Regional Chiefs’ Council in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario, Canada. It serves five Ojibwe First Nations by offering advisory services and training to improve their management skills and opportunities.

The council was formed in 2008 to support five Ojibwe First Nations in the western part of the Robinson-Superior Treaty area. Since then, one First Nation left and another joined, so most members are now located in the Lake Nipigon area of the treaty region.

Most Nokiiwin member First Nations are also members of the Union of Ontario Indians, a political organization that represents many Anishinaabe First Nation governments in Ontario.
