2010 Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano
The 2010 season of Bolivia’s top-flight football, Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano, was the 34th edition. It featured two championships, Apertura and Clausura, plus a mid-season Torneo de Invierno (Winter Tournament). Nacional Potosí was relegated from the previous season and replaced by Guabirá.
Apertura
- Champion: Jorge Wilstermann (their 5th Apertura title)
- Top scorer: Cristian Díaz – 18 goals
- Relegation: Jorge Wilstermann finished last and were relegated

- Format: The Apertura had two groups, a cross-group rivalry, and two hexagonal phases (Winner’s Hexagonal to decide the champion; Loser’s Hexagonal for other qualifications). The winner earned a 2011 Copa Libertadores spot (Bolivia 2 berth).
Clausura
- Champion: Oriente Petrolero (their 4th Clausura title)
- Format: A double round-robin league over 22 rounds to determine the Clausura champion
- Continental spots: The Clausura determined qualification for the 2011 Copa Libertadores and 2011 Copa Sudamericana (Bolivia 1, Bolivia 3 for Libertadores; Bolivia 2 for Sudamericana)

- Relegation is decided after the Clausura based on a two-year average; the bottom team is relegated to the Bolivian regional leagues, and the next-worst enters a playoff with the runner-up of the 2010 Copa Simón Bolívar
- 2009 relegated team: Nacional Potosí; replaced by Guabirá (Copa Simón Bolívar champion)

- Oriente Petrolero’s Clausura success helped them secure 2011 Libertadores qualification, which affected subsequent Sudamericana slots (San José earned a 2011 Sudamericana spot as a result)
