Nguyễn Văn Thắng (born January 15, 1990) is a Vietnamese footballer who plays as a defender for Bình Định in V.League 1. He was born in Nghĩa Đàn, Nghệ An, Vietnam, and is 1.75 m tall. He trained at the HAGL - Arsenal JMG Academy from 2004 to 2012. His senior career started with Hoàng Anh Gia Lai (2013–2016), where he made 33 league appearances. He then played for SHB Đà Nẵng (2017–2019) with 17 appearances, and Bình Định (2020–2022) with 7 appearances. He has not scored any league goals in these appearances.
