Never Dream of Dying
Never Dream of Dying is a James Bond novel by Raymond Benson, published in 2001. It is the seventh Bond book Benson wrote (based on Ian Fleming’s work) and the final part of his Union Trilogy. The UK edition was published by Hodder & Stoughton, with a Coronet Books British paperback edition, and the US edition was published by Putnam. It carries the Ian Fleming Publications copyright.
Plot
A police raid goes horribly wrong, killing innocent people. Bond suspects the Union is responsible and vows to stop them. His investigation leads him to Paris in a deadly game of pursuit, where he meets Tylyn Mignonne, a glamorous movie star with a troubled past who may help him reach his target—or seal his fate.
The hunt centers on the Union’s latest plan to strike at society, connected to Tylyn’s husband, Leon Essinger, and his new movie, Pirate Island, in which Tylyn stars. This book wraps up Benson’s Union Trilogy.
