The Netherlands Antilles Olympic Committee (IOC code AHON) represented the Netherlands Antilles at the Pan American Games. They won a total of 31 medals: 5 gold, 9 silver, and 17 bronze, and ranked 19th overall.
Appearances: They competed in every Pan American Games from 1959 to 2011 (1959, 1963, 1967, 1971, 1975, 1979, 1983, 1987, 1991, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2007, 2011). They did not participate in the Winter Pan American Games, which had a single edition.
Last appearance: 2011, competing under the Pan American Sports Organization flag.
Notes: Aruba has competed at the Pan American Games since 1959. Since 2015, athletes from Curaçao and Sint Maarten have been eligible to represent Aruba.
