Nenê Belarmino, full name Belarmino de Almeida Júnior, was born on January 8, 1951, in Santos, Brazil. He is a former professional footballer who played as a forward and later became a coach and manager.

Playing career
- He began his professional career with Santos in 1969 and played there until 1974, winning the São Paulo state championship in 1973.
- In 1974, he moved to Mexico to play for Universidad de Guadalajara (Leones Negros), where he stayed until 1982 and finished as a runner-up in the Mexican championship twice.
- He returned to Brazil in 1982 to play for Portuguesa Santista, where he finished his playing career.

Coaching and managerial career
- He started coaching in 1984 with Portuguesa Santista’s youth team and later worked with the Santos youth system.
- Belarmino also managed several clubs in São Paulo state, including Comercial, Botafogo-SP, Sertãozinho, and Oeste.
- From 2000 to 2003, he was an assistant coach at Belenenses in Portugal, working with Marinho Peres.
- His last known managerial role was with Uberaba SC in 2019.
- In more recent years, he has been involved with the Roraima football federation to help train young players.
