Chen Jianbin
Chen Jianbin (born June 27, 1970) is a Chinese actor and director from Ürümqi, Xinjiang. He studied at the Central Academy of Drama, earning a BA in 1994 and an MA in 1998. He married actress Jiang Qinqin in 2006, and they have two sons (born 2007 and 2018).
Chen is best known for TV roles such as Cao Cao in Three Kingdoms (2010) and Emperor Yongzheng in Empresses in the Palace (2011). In 2014, he made Golden Horse Awards history by winning best actor, best supporting actor, and best new director on the same night.
