Nashville City Center
Nashville City Center is a 27-story Class A office tower in downtown Nashville at 511 Union Street. It has about 480,000 square feet of office space and 800 parking spots, and rises roughly 402 feet. The building was designed by The Stubbins Associates and completed in 1988. The First Horizon Bank logo is a prominent feature on the tower.
The property is owned by CapRidge Partners and managed by the 511 Group. It has changed hands several times: Parmenter Realty Partners bought it in 2008 for $84 million; Alliance Partners HSP LLC (an affiliate of The Shidler Group) bought it in 2013 for $103 million; CapRidge Partners purchased it in March 2019 for $105.3 million.
