Morgan O'Hara (born 1941 in New York) is a conceptual artist based in Venice. She works with performative drawing, called Live Transmission, and social-practice art. She has fellowships from the Pollock-Krasner Foundation, the Gottlieb Foundation, and Artists Fellowship Inc, and in 2017 she received the Lee Krasner Lifetime Achievement Award from the Pollock-Krasner Foundation.

Her work is in many public collections, including the National Gallery of Art (Washington, DC); the Hammer Museum (Los Angeles); the British Museum (London); the Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York); Kupferstichkabinett (Berlin); the Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam); Cranbrook Art Museum (Michigan); the Arkansas Arts Center; Weatherspoon Gallery (North Carolina); the Hood Museum of Art (New Hampshire); the Czech National Gallery; Moravska Galerie (Brno); and Macau Art Museum.

She has permanent wall drawings in Macau (2 works), Kobe (9 works), and Amsterdam. She has published seven volumes of LIVE TRANSMISSION drawings.
