Mohamad Faiz bin Suhaimi, born on 13 March 1992 in Kelantan, Malaysia, is a Malaysian footballer who plays as a defender and can operate as a fullback. He is 1.73 meters tall and wears number 3 for Melaka United.

Faiz began his football career with the Kelantan President Cup team from 2009 to 2013. He helped Kelantan win the Malaysia President Cup in 2013, defeating Perak 2–1 in the final. He moved up to senior football in 2014 with Kelantan FA, making 4 appearances. He later joined Melaka United, where he played from 2015 to 2016, making 33 appearances and scoring 1 goal.
