Mitsuharu Matsuyama (松山 光治; January 12, 1891 – September 21, 1959) was a rear admiral in the Imperial Japanese Navy during World War II. Born in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, he served from 1912 to 1945 and held several commands. He was an observer at the First Battle of Savo Island in the Pacific War.
