Mishel Mancheno
Mishel Andrea Mancheno Dávila (born January 3, 1991, in Riobamba) is an Ecuadorian lawyer and politician. She was named Legal Secretary to President Daniel Noboa in November 2023, a role she left in September 2024 to pursue elected office with the National Democratic Action (ADN). She studied law at the Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo and earned a master's degree from the University of Valencia, and has held leadership roles in energy, mining, and regulatory agencies.
In 2024 she joined the Mining Control Agency board and had previously led the Agency for Regulation and Control of Energy and Non-Renewable Natural Resources. ADN selected her as their top candidate for Chimborazo in the 2025 elections, and she was elected to the National Assembly representing Chimborazo. In May 2025 she became the Assembly’s first vice president, with Niels Olsen as president and Carmen Tiupul of Pachakutik as second vice president. She has served as General Secretary of ADN since July 30, 2025.
