1992 Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft was the ninth season of Germany’s top touring-car championship and the seventh year it carried the DTM name. The season had 14 rounds, with two races per round, including two rounds in Belgium and Czechoslovakia. On May 24 at the Hockenheimring, Ellen Lohr became DTM’s first—and to date, only—female race winner.
