Ming Dynasty (2007 TV series)
Ming Dynasty, also known as Tianxia, is a Chinese historical drama set in the late Ming dynasty during the Tianqi Emperor's reign. Directed by Wu Ziniu, it first aired on GZTV in December 2007. The series, whose working title was Da Ming Tianxia, has 42 episodes of about 45 minutes each. It was produced by Pikawang International Group and features a cast including Wang Ya'nan, Song Jia, Wang Huichun, Jiang Xin, Tao Zeru, Nie Yuan, Du Zhiguo, Wan Hongjie, Rao Minli, Zong Fengyan, Xing Yufei and Heizi. The opening theme Tianxia is performed by Mao Ning and the ending theme Jianghu Minyao by Han Hong, with music by Wang Liguang. The show is in Mandarin and comes from China.
