The Middletown Subdivision is a CSX freight railroad line in Ohio. It runs about 11.2 miles from New Miami to Middletown, with a single track and standard gauge. At the south end, it branches off the Toledo Subdivision at Middletown Junction. At the north end, the line goes through Lind Yard, enters AK Steel Middletown Works, crosses the Norfolk Southern Dayton District on the High Line (or on a diamond), then continues north to Cohen Recycling. The former B&O branch from New Miami to Middletown was built to serve ARMCO Steel (now AK Steel). CSX uses the line daily as part of its Louisville Division. The B&O merged with C&O in 1987, and C&O became part of CSX Transportation in that year.
