Meghan Elizabeth Kallman (born November 18, 1983) is an American politician, academic, and activist serving in the Rhode Island Senate for the 15th district. She was elected in November 2020 and took office on January 5, 2021. She holds a BA from Smith College, an MA from the University of Chicago, and a PhD from Brown University, with research in development sociology, environmental sociology, and organizational sociology.

Her career includes work with Amnesty International and as a marketing manager for Prize4Life. From 2008 to 2011 she was the research director for Urban Innovation Analysis. She taught at the Community College of Rhode Island from 2014 to 2018 and served on the Pawtucket City Council from 2017 to 2021. She is an associate professor at the University of Massachusetts Boston's Graduate School for Global Inclusion and Social Development and an adjunct professor at Brown University. In 2015 she co-founded Conceivable Future, a nonprofit advocating for climate and reproductive justice.

In the Rhode Island Senate, she is the vice chair of the Housing and Municipal Government Committee. She received the 2021 Pacesetter Award from the Women Legislators’ Lobby for bringing federal funding back to her district, and in 2023 she was named an Environmental Champion by Clean Water Action for her environmental and climate work.
