Mandogalup is a small suburb in the Perth area, within the City of Kwinana in Western Australia. It sits about 33 kilometers south of Perth and 8 kilometers northeast of Kwinana. The suburb covers about 6.9 square kilometers and had a population of 128 people in 2021. Its postcode is 6167.

Historically, the area was known as 7 Mile Camp. A townsite declared in 1923 was called Balmanup, and Lake Balmanup referred to Mandogalup Swamp. By 1945 the name Mandogalup was commonly used, and it was officially adopted in 1946. The name is Aboriginal, though the exact meaning is not known.

In the past, Mandogalup was part of the Group Settlement Scheme and housed many farms in the wetlands, serving as a food bowl for families moving away from Perth during the war years. As urban growth spread and land values rose, farming declined.

The suburb has a volunteer fire station with three vehicles and tends to be busier in the summer months.

Mandogalup is also home to the Bala Murugan Hindu Temple, which serves the Tamil Hindu community from Sri Lankan, Indian, Malaysian and Singaporean backgrounds.
