Louise Stacey
Louise Stacey, born 10 January 1972, is a former Australian tennis player from Adelaide. She won the 1983 Australian 12-and-under title and, at age 15, became the youngest ever winner of the Australian Hard Court Championships in 1987. Stacey was a girls’ singles finalist at the 1990 Australian Open, losing in three sets to Magdalena Maleeva. She played in the Australian Open singles or doubles main draws five times.
In her pro career, Stacey reached a career-high singles ranking of 222 in 1991, winning three ITF singles titles. In doubles, she peaked at 113 in January 1993 and won four ITF doubles titles. She reached the Wimbledon qualifying round in 1991 and made two WTA Tour doubles quarterfinals in Auckland and Wellington in 1992. Her career prize money totaled about $59,700.
