Louise Small

Louise Small (born 27 March 1992) is a British long-distance runner. She is a life member of Aldershot, Farnham And District Athletic Club and has trained under coach Mick Woods since joining in 2006. At age 15, she represented Great Britain at the 2007 IAAF World Youth Championships. In 2008 she joined On Camp with Kelly, a mentoring program for aspiring young athletes started by Dame Kelly Holmes. She studied at St Mary's University, earning a BSc in Sports Coaching Science, a PGCE in Primary Education, and a Masters in Pedagogical Leadership in Physical Education and Sport. She is sponsored by Hoka, having previously been sponsored by Nike. She has won six Senior Women's titles at the Hampshire Cross Country Championships (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022).
