Lit Killah
Lit Killah is the stage name of Mauro Román Monzón, an Argentine rapper, singer, songwriter and streamer. He was born on October 4, 1999, in González Catán, Argentina, near Buenos Aires. He’s known for his work in Latin trap and freestyle rap.
Career in brief
- Lit Killah began in freestyle battles, rising in Argentina’s rap scene. He faced and beat rivals like Duki in 2016, helped popularize battles such as El Quinto Escalón, and competed there through 2016–2017. He also performed in the international God Level battles starting in 2018.
- He gained wider attention in 2018 with the single Apaga el Celular. In 2020, his collaboration Flexin’ with producer Bizarrap became one of his biggest hits, earning hundreds of millions of views on YouTube.
- On August 19, 2021, Lit Killah released his debut studio album, MAWZ. The album features other Argentine stars such as Duki, Khea, María Becerra, Tiago PZK, FMK and Rusherking, and was produced by Oniria and Big One. He is signed to Warner Music Latina.
