Leslie Church is a Canadian politician and lawyer who serves as the Member of Parliament for Toronto–St. Paul’s. She was elected in the 2025 federal election after previously running in a 2024 by‑election and losing to Don Stewart; she won in 2025 with 61.88% of the vote.

On June 5, 2025, she was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Secretaries of State for Labour, for Seniors, and for Children and Youth, and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Jobs and Families (Persons with Disabilities). She is a member of the Liberal Party and lives in Toronto, Ontario.

Early life and education
- Grew up in Edmonton, Alberta
- BA (Honours) in Political Science & International Relations from the University of Alberta, where she served on the Board of Governors and as President of the Students’ Union
- MSc in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics
- JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and was a Junior Fellow at Massey College

Career before Parliament
- Lawyer and former senior advisor to four Canadian Cabinet Ministers
- Chief of Staff to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland, helping to shape three federal budgets
- Executive Director of the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance
- Member of the advisory panel for the 2004 Rae Report, alongside Bob Rae, Bill Davis, and Don Drummond
