Latin American Poker Tour
The Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT) was a major poker tour in Latin America. It began on May 3, 2008 and was sponsored by PokerStars. The tour ran from 2008 to 2016, then returned in 2023 and 2024. In December 2024, after PokerStars launched a new tour called PokerStars Open, the LAPT was permanently canceled. Over its 16-year history, the LAPT completed 11 seasons.
