Kesteren railway station
Kesteren railway station is in Kesteren, Netherlands. It opened on 1 November 1882 and is on the Elst–Dordrecht railway. Trains are operated by Arriva. From 1945 to 1981 the station was called Kesteren-Rhenen. It used to be the end of the line from Amersfoort, which made travel faster from Amsterdam to Nijmegen. Parts of the old railway line are still in use: the Amersfoort–Leusden section (the Ponlijn) and the Rhenen–Kesteren section (the Veenendaallijn).
