Josie Doll Raymond (born May 29, 1985) is an American Democratic politician from Louisville, Kentucky. She serves on the Louisville Metro Council for the 10th District, sworn in January 9, 2025, succeeding Pat Mulvihill.

Previously, Raymond was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2019 to 2025. She represented the 31st District (2019–2023) and, after redistricting, the 41st District (2023–2025). She did not seek reelection in 2024 and instead ran for the Louisville Metro Council, where she won the seat.

Education and career: Raymond has a BA in Political Science and an MS in Journalism from Columbia University, and an MA in Teaching from Marian University. She wrote for the Columbia Daily Spectator, worked at the University of Louisville’s Student Success Center, and taught with Teach For America.

Personal: She is married to Adam and has three children. The family resides in Louisville, Kentucky.
