Josianne Fleming-Artsen
Josianne Fleming-Artsen (born 1949) is a Sint Maarten educator and politician. She served as Minister Plenipotentiary of Sint Maarten from December 19, 2014, to November 19, 2015. Before that, she was Deputy Minister Plenipotentiary from 2013 to 2014. She was the president of the University of St. Martin from 1999 to 2010. Fleming-Artsen is a member of the United People’s Party and has nine children.
