Jitka Seitlová (born 17 April 1954 in Přerov, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech politician and the senator for the Přerov District. She has held this seat since 2014 and also served as senator for the same district from 1996 to 2007. She won the 1996 Senate election against ODS candidate Stanislav Žalud. In November 2020, she was elected as deputy speaker (Vice-President) of the Senate. She has been a member of the ODA (1995–2002) and later joined KDU-ČSL (from 2017).
