The Japan Company Rugby Football Championship was a Japanese rugby competition for company and public service teams. It ran from 1948 to 2003, with seasons played from December into January. The first title in 1948–49 went to Haitan Koudan, who beat Kintetsu (now Kintetsu Liners). After 55 years, the championship was absorbed by the Top League for the 2003–04 season. It helped develop Japanese company rugby.
