Janarius Robinson
Janarius Robinson (born May 5, 1999) is an American football defensive end for the Kansas City Chiefs. He is 6 ft 5 in tall and weighs 263 lb. He played college football at Florida State and was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the 2021 NFL draft (4th round, 134th overall). He signed a four-year rookie contract with Minnesota on May 19, 2021, but his rookie season ended early after he was placed on injured reserve on August 23, 2021.
Robinson’s NFL journey continued with several teams. He was waived by the Vikings on August 30, 2022, and joined the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad a day later. He was signed to the Eagles’ active roster on September 13, 2022, but suffered a season-ending ankle injury and was placed on injured reserve on October 15, activated December 6. The Eagles reached Super Bowl LVII but lost to the Chiefs 38–35. He was waived by the Eagles on August 29, 2023, and joined the Las Vegas Raiders’ practice squad on August 31, 2023, before being promoted to the active roster on December 5.
On April 4, 2025, Robinson signed with the Kansas City Chiefs. He was placed on season-ending injured reserve on August 11, 2025 after fracturing his foot in the offseason. Off the field, he was arrested on February 6, 2024 in Las Vegas on suspicion of DUI.
